The Australian Association for Virtual Industry Professionals (AAVIP) is a member driven organisation and the AAVIP Board is elected each by Members.
Our Board members are committed to supporting our members, as well as the Virtual Industry Professional industry. The Board is responsible for delivering AAVIP’s vision of being a strong voice for Virtual Industry Professionals who are committed to providing Quality Accredited Client Services.
The aim of our Board is to lobbying external bodies on relevant issues facing Virtual Industry Professionals. Promote AAVIP’s Quality Accredited Virtual Business Program by educating clients, politicians, agencies and the general public on the benefits of hiring accredited virtual businesses.
We are aim to build stronger communication links with members, network bodies, government in order to best serve our members and their business interests.
Hi, I’m Robyn Lang. I am a virtual industry professional, small business owner and a business fairy godmother. Like all business owners, I understand only too well that there never seems to be enough time in the day!
With a career spanning over 40 years, across five industries, government, commercial and NFP sectors, with experience in business administration, implementation, and graphic and web design, I am able to provide a wide range of practical experience.
I’m passionate about helping heart-centred women achieve amazing things and to enable them to reach their business dreams. My goal is to use my business administration experience and design talents to assist people, like you, to reach your full potential and make the positive changes you’re aiming for you and your community.
I have qualifications in graphic arts and multimedia as well as a qualified bookkeeper. I’m an Affiliate Member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers, member of a number of virtual industry networking groups, Secretary of the Tamworth Regional Residents and Ratepayers Association (TRRRA) and the current President of the Australian Association for Virtual Industry Professionals (AAVIP).
Jo has over 30 years of administrative experience, in various industries Graphics and Pre-print, Hospitality and Retail, Construction, Car Manufacturing and Racing, and IT, working remotely and managing virtual teams. Whilst the range of industries varied, the base skillset was always customer focussed administration whist managing resources, time and budget.
Having also had her own small business during this time, Jo understands the needs of all businesses from a one person operation to a multinational corporation with reporting responsibilities to a Board.
Jo prides herself on a strong work ethic and is passionate in providing the best and value for money support for her clients businesses.
Jo is always striving to achieve the best outcome for her clients, to achieve this Jo understands that one must keep learning. Jo has recently graduated with her MBA in Business at the Australian Institute of Business.
Jo is also a very active member of her local community, involved in the rebuilding of a local icon and other community groups seeking proactive change for the Point Cook community. She is also a member of a number of Virtual Assistant networking groups, President of BNI Western Ninjas, Business Builders Group (BBG) Franchise Forum Founder and Facilitator, Business Chicks, LMBDW, Sistas in Success, I am a Business Owner in Victoria, and Vice President of the Australian Association For Virtual Industry Professionals Limited (AAVIP).
Hi, my name is Denise Forster, I am the founder of On Point Executive Services, specialising in all areas of administration. I fell in love with the idea of being able to work remotely and work while travelling around our wonderful country…one day!
After working as a Senior Executive Assistant for a number of years, I had the opportunity to take voluntary redundancy from a large corporate organisation. This gave me the opportunity to fulfil my
dream and set out on the journey of becoming an Executive Virtual Assistant working while on the road.

Belinda Rigney, is based in south of Adelaide (Morphett Vale) South Australia, and provides bookkeeping, BAS agent services, business support and administrative assistance. Belinda established Complete Admin & Bookkeeping in 2013 and her vision is to work closely with her clients, by listening to their needs and working with them to streamline their day to day tasks, which allows them to do what they do best – running and growing their business.
Belinda has over 25 years of experience ranging from bookkeeping and administrative support through to office management. Belinda is a qualified bookkeeper, who has completed a dual Certificate IV in Bookkeeping and Accounting and is a Registered BAS agent.
With previously experience for several large national/international companies, Belinda has demonstrated her ability to deliver high service levels to customers and stakeholders.
Belinda is a Member in Practice with the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers, is the Bookkeeper and membership accounts manager for SA Woman, and Treasurer of the Australian Association for Virtual Industry Professionals (AAVIP) as well as a member of a number of virtual industry networking groups.
Victoria Frankel is the Founder and Director of Victoria Eve. & Co. specialising in executive virtual office management and administrative services for entrepreneurs, start-ups, and small business owners.
Victoria started Victoria Eve. & Co. against a backdrop of over 16 years of administrative experience under her belt, including 6 years as a PA/EA at the executive level and 7 years at the managerial level. She is also a high school art teacher, and what both experiences have ultimately taught her about herself is that she is a “helper” and gets a lot of satisfaction out of helping people get to where they want and need to be in life, whether it’s a student, colleague, or a CEO.
Going virtual in 2020 was not only timely in light of COVID-19 but was also a lifestyle decision. Having reached a point in life where family life is just as important as work achievements, Victoria Eve. & Co. has enabled her to meet both needs.
Victoria loves what she does. She loves to help her clients and their business be the best that they can be and gets much fulfillment in knowing that, by providing work of the virtual kind, she is also helping her team live the best lives of their own choosing!
