Judy Smalls service to the board

Judy has been on the board for 3 years and served as president for 2 years. Judy has seen many of the new initiatives into AAVIP with the new website, and beginning the Lobbying into Government areas to bring awareness of our Industry.

Rachel Dool

Founder & Owner | Just in Time Virtual Assistant | AAVIP Vice President

Rachel is an all-round professional with highly developed project management skills and outstanding knowledge in office, service and process management. She is a multi-functional generalist with an excellent eye for detail and has high quality standards.

Having followed the Lean Coaching program she uses this knowledge in a variety of projects and process improvement initiatives that result in immediate positive effects. She thinks logically, is flexible and always willing to think with you to find the best solution.

Rachel has been on the board for 2 years. And has generously contributed to our newsletter, social media marketing and conference Hosting which is a huge task in itself. Rachel has been Vice President for AAVIP over the last year and has served us well and is a great support in her role and vast knowledge.

Deanna Mannix

Skip Tracer | Heir Hunter at Money Catch

Deanna Mannix has over 10 years experience as a Skip Tracer and 20 years experience as an executive manager along with a wide range of office management, design, administration skills and system processors. 

Deanna specialises in Skip tracing | Heir Hunting and has completed the Locating Persons Certificate in 2009 with the Australian School of Security and Investigations and is currently undergoing Certificate III in Investigative Services.

As an appointed JP, Deanna has a duty of care in relation to the documents witnessed and certified and is obligated to follow correct legal procedures.

Deanna has been on the board for the last 12 months Deanna has been busy setting up out ‘special interest groups’ and assisting with memberships. Watch out Special Interest space and enjoy the benefits that she has worked so hard to set up for the industry.

Alison Loxton

Business Owner | Admin Affinity

Alison Loxton is a business professional with an extensive administration background across several industries.

She has strong skill sets in customer service and bookkeeping support, which has been utilised to assist entrepreneurs and self-employed professionals in their businesses. Having lived in many locations across Australia and the world Alison is very adaptable and is very much a people person.

Alison has been on the board for about 3 months now. Alison is using her expertise in bookkeeping and has the role of Treasurer. In the time the Alison has been on the board she has not only bought her expertise to the board but is always a willing helper.

Mia McIntyre

Founder | MiVirtual & Executive Officer AAVIP

Mia has a thing for Virtual and Remote Work. Mia has been working in the Virtual Industry space for over four years and currently works as an Operations Manager for an Outsourcing Firm (5ELK) based in the Philippines.

Specialising in back-end administration to high-net wealth Financial Planning firms; General Manager and Founder of the Association of Executive Assistants (AEA) and is the Founder and lead Virtual Work Consultant of MiVirtual which specialises in businesses adopting O365 as well as supporting on-shore Executive VA’s.

Mia finds her success in seeing businesses embrace Virtual Work and is excited to see this industry thriving with the support of Associations like AAVIP.

Mia has been on the board for the last year she is our Executive Officer and has been able to bring her expertise to refresh and keep us up to date.

Tony Mills

Tony is your go to guy, taking the stress out of Business, he is a warm and friendly professional and takes the pain out of those really hard tasks. Tony takes the time to help you understand ‘how it works’. He has gained a wealth of knowledge in the 10 years of business expanding over Website, SEO, Social Media Marketing and Live/Help sales service. 

He has created an ease with his clients and network and delivers a higher than expected outcome.

LEARNING SUPPORT

Every year AAVIP has hosts 2 online conference events bringing great speakers and Mentors who have walked, and still walking, the path of business success and are offering their experiences and support to those of us in business.
