To encourage and assist innovation and entrepreneurship in Australian regional agrifood and manufacturing businesses

What’s the most unique service or project you’ve ever worked on?
Negotiating an international agreement, with the world’s largest food processor, for a client who had developed a process to turn food waste into a premium quality food product.
The twist, my client walked away because I got the deal completed quicker than I should have.

What’s one thing about your workday that always brings you joy or a sense of accomplishment?
Challenging clients to see bigger opportunities for their future than they do today.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received about running your virtual business?
Keep the systems simple

The Isle of Skye – Scotland. Total isolation by having a checkout/checkin on the world

I’m totally unaligned with other service providers and can offer a totally independent insight

Challenging clients by asking them the hard questions they know they need to answer for themselves but don’t.
