Based in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria, Ellie Hartley has an extensive background in business administration, EA/PA support, leadership management, event management, and client relationships. Her experience spans over 20 years in various fields, including hotels, retail, economics, entertainment, and head office administration.

Ellie is a self-motivated and driven professional who pays close attention to detail and upholds integrity and transparency in all her endeavors. She is committed to seeing projects through from start to finish, meeting deadlines, and exceeding client expectations.

Ellie founded Virtuellie in 2019, with just herself providing services, and then scaled to an agency in 2022. Virtuellie is an Australian-owned and operated virtual assistant agency, where she leads a dynamic team of quality Australian virtual assistants dedicated to providing exceptional virtual business support to their clients allowing them to refocus back to their professional and personal goals, ensuring success and giving clients time to focus on what they love.

The purpose behind the start of Virtuellie was driven by the goal of achieving a better work-life balance for herself and her family. As a busy mum of two boys, she has been actively involved in their sports and the school PFA, serving as President or VP over the last seven years.

Ellie holds dual diplomas in Events and Business Management and Clothing Industry Studies. She is incredibly passionate about building relationships and supporting her team, clients, and others to grow and be the best they can be. She is a strong advocate for the virtual industry, networking and supporting the education and development of the virtual industry.
